The Benbrook City Council has called a Bond Election to be held Saturday, May 1, 2021 to authorize the issuance of $22,000,000 Bonds for a new municipal building for the police department, senior citizen center, municipal court, and city administration offices, and necessary demolition of buildings for such purpose.

City Council General Elections are held annually in November (the first Tuesday after the first Monday) as authorized by State Law. These elections are normally conducted as a Joint Election with Tarrant County.

Candidate packets, information and calendars for the November 2, 2021 Benbrook City Council General Election will be posted to the website in mid-June 2021. Places up for election in 2021 are: Mayor, Place 1 and Councilmembers, Places 3, 5 and 7.
