The Zoning Board of Adjustment/Appeals Commission serves in two capacities. As the ZBA, it hears appeals for variances to the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance. As the Appeals Commission, it hears appeals and may grant variances to the floodplain, building codes, and other applicable ordinances.

• 7:00 PM: Pre-meeting agenda work session
• 7:30 PM: Regular meeting

Appointment

The Commission consists of five (5) regular members and four (4) alternate members who serve two-year terms. Places 1, 3, and 5 are appointed in odd-numbered years and Places 2 and 4 are appointed in even-numbered years.
